Job Summary

The overall purpose of this job is to provide students with a safe and inclusive learning environment by designing and implementing appropriate learning instructions and activities that align with the curriculum and manage overall student discipline.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the behavior of students in the classroom, on school grounds, and on educational trips;

Head of Pre-School

The overall purpose of the job is to oversee the daily operations and management of the preschool while ensuring the school is providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for the children that is in line with best practices and the institution’s policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pre-school in liaison with the Deputy Head of School;
  • Develop and implement curricula and lesson plans that align with the set Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines and school requirements and policies;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-school’s educational programs and make necessary recommendations for improvements and adoption;

  • Plan, monitor the teaching and learning process in order to achieve the set learning and teaching objectives;
