The overall purpose of the job is to oversee the daily operations and management of the preschool while ensuring the school is providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for the children that is in line with best practices and the institution’s policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pre-school in liaison with the Deputy Head of School;
- Develop and implement curricula and lesson plans that align with the set Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines and school requirements and policies;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-school’s educational programs and make necessary recommendations for improvements and adoption;

- The overall purpose of the job is to oversee all academic and examination processes in line with the school’s curriculum and supervise all Academic Heads of Departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor the teaching and learning process in order to achieve the set learning and teaching objectives;
- Supervision and allocation of duties amongst the teaching staff ensuring there is balance and alignment to the role mandate;
- Preparation of timetables – exams, lessons and remedial classes/sessions to ensure that all the subjects are covered and there is even distribution of subjects and avoid clashing of classes;
- Coordination of the examination process, by ensuring the exams are set, reproduced and implementation of the same and ensure that the marks have been uploaded in the system within the set timelines ;

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure safe transportation of pupils to and from school by conducting pick-up and dropoff duties, while maintaining appropriate safety procedures when in transit;
- Develop daily lesson plans that incorporate the CBC framework and deliver lessons on numeracy, literacy, and understanding of the world to students;
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for early year’s pupils and assess their progress and adaptability;
- Coordinate and facilitate the school trips and excursions, including selecting appropriate destinations, ensuring adequate transportation and ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils.
