The Sarova Hotels Management Trainee program is a two-year training with immersive learning, invaluable skills, and insights.

The successful candidates will gain:

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism or a relevant field
At least one year of experience working in a 3-5-star hotel
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
Leadership potential and a drive to succeed
Flexibility to travel as needed
