ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Letting Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from listing to tenancy, ensuring high occupancy levels, and providing excellent service to both landlords and tenants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Occupancy Management
- Ensure all vacant units are filled promptly by actively seeking and securing tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for both tenants and property owners.
Sales
- Conduct property viewings, provide accurate property information, and address any inquiries from prospective buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants in a professional manner.
- Negotiate rental terms and close tenancy agreements in line with company policy.
- Handle tenant onboarding, documentation, and lease administration.
Collaboration with Digital Strategists
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to curate engaging content that promotes MSL Homes Limited.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on interactions with clients and market observations.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build and nurture long-term relationships.
- Handle any complaints or issues professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A diploma in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
