Job Description
Our Client, an international Logistics firm, seeks to recruit a Warehouse Clerk โ Producer at Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC), to be based in their Mombasa office.
Main functions /Roles are as follows:
- ย Updating and data Entry to the Eatta Oklo auction platform.
- ย Sale offer auction weight notes(weekly) to Broker.
- ย Weekly sample delivery to brokers upon sale offers
- ย Auction Delivery orders updating and sale confirmation.
- ย Tea sampling and Sampling delivery to Brokers.
- ย Weekly auction reprints and Auction weight notes.
- ย Receiving and delivery of teas for auction/PVT Sales
- ย Customer committed stock report (weekly).
- ย Customer non-committed stock report(weekly).
- ย Auction Sale confirmation Processes
- ย Physical stock Taking as directed by the customer or supervisor
- ย Daily stock movement Report.
- ย Monthly stock reports as per clients Request
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 yr experience
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
Contract Term: 1 year
Salary: 45k.
