Job Purpose
Optiven Ltd, a leading brand in Kenya’s real estate sector, is seeking dynamic, experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals to join our team as Senior Sales & Marketing Executives. These individuals will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and revenue by actively managing client relationships and promoting our property offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing.
- Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation tools, and social media engagement.
- Take a leadership role in business development efforts, closing deals, sharing market insights, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulatory changes to offer informed advice to clients.
- Support branding and marketing strategies, coordinate activations, and ensure high team performance.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and offer exceptional after-sales services.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven support.
- Together with the supervisor, set and achieve individual sales targets.
- Provide timely sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to management.
- Oversee preparation and review of sale agreements and title documents.
- Represent Optiven at trade fairs, industry events, and corporate forums.
- Ensure all property transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage company assets assigned for sales and marketing purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the Kenyan real estate market.

- Tech-savvy with strong social media presence (minimum of 3,000 followers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Purpose Statement
The job holder is responsible for managing customer engagement and supporting departmental operations, which include:

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention
- Implement strategies focused on increasing customer acquisition, enhancing relationships, boosting loyalty, and driving sales growth
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes and achieve objectives.
- Implement Customer Support & Recognition programs
- Recognize and celebrate important customer milestones and personal events, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to strengthen relationships and loyalty.
- Assist in Planning and coordinating annual events and celebrations, such as Women’s Day and Customer Service Week, to engage customers and build positive relationships.
Policy and Standard Implementation
- Implement customer service policies and standards aligned with organizational goals to ensure high service levels.
- Ensure compliance and consistency in daily operations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve customer service processes.

Customer Management
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and challenges.

Feedback Collection and Analysis
- Collect feedback through surveys, interviews, and direct interactions. Identify areas for improvement and gather insights on customer satisfaction.
- Analyze feedback to recognize common issues and trends, using this information to inform service enhancements and strategy adjustments.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to craft targeted initiatives.
- Conduct targeted surveys to gather customer feedback on products, services, and brand perception, and use insights to drive improvements.
- Organize and facilitate the collection of customer testimonials to build brand trust and credibility. Coordinate with customers and manage the testimonial process.
- Utilize testimonials to promote the company’s reputation and attract new customers by showcasing positive experiences.
Training and Development
- Ensure compliance by customer service staff to established standards and best practices.
- Evaluate training programs

Reporting and Documentation

- Customer Metrics Tracking – customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer effort score (CES).

Qualification And Experience Requirements:
