Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, expiration dates, and overall quality; report issues to the Stores Controller.
- Stock Issuance: Distribute stock based on approved requisitions; promptly update inventory records upon issuance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and transactions using the inventory system.
- Reorder Management: Monitor stock levels and liaise with the Stores Controller to initiate purchase requests when minimum levels are reached.
- Store Organization: Ensure items are stored in an orderly manner with accurate labeling and bin locations; maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Returns Processing: Handle goods returned to the store, ensuring they are approved and accurately recorded.
- Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies within the store.
Key Outputs:
- Accurate maintenance of minimum and maximum reorder levels.
- Timely posting of received and issued items in the inventory system.
- Ensuring all goods meet required standards in terms of quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Well-organized and labeled storage areas.
- Prompt submission of delivery notes and invoices to the accounts department.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies, Stores Management, or a related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of experience in stock management practices.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce quality control systems to ensure all production processes and products meet established standards.
- Conduct inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on-site.
- Monitor overall production performance concerning technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
- Identify and record quality issues, initiate actions to prevent non-conformance in products and quality management systems.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, developing reports to support decision-making.
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Document internal quality audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data, analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality inspection activities to the production teams.

Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Analytical/Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in quality control and quality assurance programs in the concrete or construction materials production, mining, or a similar industry.
- Exposure to quality control testing and inspection.
- Understanding of equipment and procedures.
- Working exposure and knowledge of concrete or construction materials industry facilities, requirements, processes, operations, and maintenance.

- Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision in a fast-paced work environment.
