JOB SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer at Serena Hotels will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products from a corporate and unit level. He/She will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that
align with our brand standards and resonate with our target audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualization and Design
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of marketing materials, including print, digital and social media assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing director and marketing executives of the individual city hotels to understand the marketing calendar needs and translate them into compelling visual templates.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging in a unified way.
Art Direction
- Oversee the creative direction of design projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide art direction on the KVs to ensure high-quality output.
- Execute the creative direction of design projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Design Execution
- Use the top industry-standard design software to create high-quality design assets.
