Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret information to increase the audience of current affairs.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Account/Business executive to join our team and drive commercial advertising revenues for our Video products (K24TV & Kameme TV) for our agency business.

As the Agency account manager/executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, manage existing client relationships, and maximize revenue growth through effective advertising campaigns.

Your role will involve collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver outstanding advertising solutions that meet client objectives and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base and generate commercial advertising revenues.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, clients, and advertising trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ advertising needs, objectives, and target audiences to develop effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and progress updates. Revenue Maximization:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, media planning, and account management to deliver exceptional advertising campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial advertising to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in agency business development, client management, and revenue generation in the advertising industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising principles, media planning, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Advertising Sales handling the Advertising Agency Business, Experience in TV Sales would be an added advantage
