Job Summary:
Our client, a fast-growing ISP in Gikambura, Kikuyu, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive, service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and billing issues.
- Escalate unresolved tech issues.
- Assist with billing and payments.
- Maintain customer records and service reports.
- Coordinate with tech and sales teams.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related field.
- 1–2 years in a customer service role (preferably ISP or telecom).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
