Job Summary:

Our client, a fast-growing ISP in Gikambura, Kikuyu, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive, service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity and billing issues.
  • Escalate unresolved tech issues.
  • Assist with billing and payments.
  • Maintain customer records and service reports.
  • Coordinate with tech and sales teams.
  • Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related field.
  • 1–2 years in a customer service role (preferably ISP or telecom).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
