Job Purpose
The position holder will provide support to the Credit controller and Cashier with operational tasks or assignments allocated to him/her.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Review Trade partner claims/incentives by checking for correctness and compliance and guide customer service with postings
- Assist with banking and receipting during peak
- Support the sales and marketing team with processing stock issues in Syspro
- Reconciliations of Key accounts
- Support with the allocation of customer payments
- Withholding tax postings and allocation on customer accounts
- Support the Credit controller and cashier with any other assigned tasks
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business-related field.
- Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance
Competencies/Attributes
- Knowledge and experience working with M-Suites preferably Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience working with any ERP system is desirable
Data Analyst – Sales

Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for supporting successful roll out of KWAL distributor management system (DMS). This role is responsible for analysing sales and distribution data, assessing system performance, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and enhance system adoption, ultimately improving sales operations and distributor effectiveness.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, RTC, and supply chain, to identify data needs
- Work closely with the Infosys team to ensure data availability in the required analytics tool and data lake
- Analyze and interpret data related to secondary sales
- Help with development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, inventory levels, and distribution efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) (Eg Market reach/coverage) and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales visibility and supply chain efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Should be able to use data analytics tools and techniques (Eg Power BI) to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources and systems eg comparison between Sell-in and sell-out.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Practical experience in the use of MS packages and ERP systems.

Utilities Machine Operator 1
Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that utility machines run efficiently, safely, and effectively
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Operate all utilities on site, for example, Boilers, Air Compressors, Diesel generators, Chilling plants, and water pumps.
- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of all utility machines.
- Maintain adequate stocks of all consumables for all utility machines.
- Maintain logbook of maintenance service and regulatory inspections of utility machines, pressure vessels, and Hoists.
- Ensure machine rooms are always clean.
- Maintain daily consumption record of all machine consumables,
- Carry out routine inspections of all utility plants.
- Ensure all safety risks are mitigated in all utility lines and promptly report any deviation.
- Responsible for ensuring proper monitoring and control of the identified critical control points (CCPs)/Operational prerequisite programs (OPRPs) and reporting of any deviations and taking corrective action.
Minimum Requirements
- A Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- A certified Boiler operator and technician certificate is an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years experience in a production setting in a similar organization.
- Working technical knowledge of basic machine operations and maintenance is an added advantage.
- Practical experience in the use of MS packages.
