We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Communication & Marketing Intern at Fusion Investment Management to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in communication, social media, and general administrative skills supporting the communication & marketing daily operations.
Roles and responsibilities of the successful Internship candidate:
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms Marketing & Branding Support, Design basic graphics, videos, or infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, or coordinate with designers, Monitor and respond to social media engagement,
- Draft and distribute press releases and media pitches, assist in managing relationships with media contacts and monitor and compile media coverage
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and producing marketing materials, conduct market research
- Assist in planning and executing marketing forums and networking events and Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns and events
- Maintain marketing databases, media lists, and communication schedules and provide general administrative support to the marketing and communication team
The successful candidate should have the following qualities:
- Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends with a proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Have good knowledge of power point presentation skills, Ms Excel and High Computer Literacy
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill at all levels (verbal and written).

Finance Intern

We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and general accounting while supporting the finance departmentโs daily operations.
Roles and responsibilities of the successful Internship candidate:
- Manage petty cash expenditure and ensure proper accounting for it.
- Support the finance team in external financial audit.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by management.
The successful candidate should have the following qualities:
- Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Sage & QuickBooks is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Real Estate Intern

We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in Real Estate,Project Management, Property Management while supporting the general real estate departmentโs daily operations.
Roles and responsibilities of the successful Internship candidate:
- Document and Information Management to ensure all data is well stored and arranged for ease of reference and security
- General assistance to the designated Project Manager and Property Manager as part of the on the job training curriculum
- Preparation of meetings and recording of key discussion points and eventual follow-up on the
progress of the action points - Monitor assigned construction & repair works are executed as per specifications after undertaking
regular site visits and inspections and reporting to the Real Estate Team - Assist the Real Estate Team on the general administration on the projects including preparation of
reports and communication to the Project Teams - Assist in sourcing & procurement of contractors, suppliers, materials and equipment, and undertake analysis of ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
The successful candidate should have the following qualities:
- Diploma or higher in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Property/ real estate management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools and technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, project management software)
