STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance tracking and leave management processes.
- Participate in the preparation and organization of HR documents and reports.
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
