We are Hiring! Kilimall is Africa’s leading online shopping mall that connects merchants and consumers via a professional e-commerce marketplace. Are you interested in joining our dynamic team as an HR Intern at Kilimall?

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  2. Support attendance tracking and leave management processes.
  3. Participate in the preparation and organization of HR documents and reports.
  4. Provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
  5. Assist in coordinating employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  6. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  6. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
