We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing/IT Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of digital marketing and IT. The Digital Marketing Intern at KSH Group Pty Ltd will support our digital marketing strategies while assisting with IT-related tasks, gaining exposure to various aspects of both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, managing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s website and IT infrastructure.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.
Provide technical support to the team, troubleshooting IT issues as they arise.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least a B+ overall KCSE grade
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and IT fundamentals.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and content management systems (CMS).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing and IT trends.
