We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing/IT Intern to join our team. The Digital Marketing Intern at KSH Group Pty Ltd will support our digital marketing strategies while assisting with IT-related tasks, gaining exposure to various aspects of both domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, managing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
- Support the development and maintenance of the company’s website and IT infrastructure.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide technical support to the team, troubleshooting IT issues as they arise.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least a B+ overall KCSE grade
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and IT fundamentals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
