Customer Service – Interns at Shopit

  • Customer Engagement: Provide accurate and timely information to assist customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Order Processing: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Sales Support: Respond to requests for quotations and provide necessary information to facilitate sales

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a B- Minus in KCSE/ High school.
  • At least a college certificate/ diploma.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer interactions and sensitive information.
