Key Duties:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
• Processing Transactions: Scanning items, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Bagging Items: Packaging purchased goods for customers.
• Handling Returns/Exchanges: Managing returns and exchanges in line with store policies.
• Cash Management: Counting money in the register at the start and end of shifts, and ensuring there are no discrepancies.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the register area clean and organized.
• Providing Receipts: Issuing receipts and ensuring that they match the transaction
