Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Eldoret. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and meeting potential clients, promoting financial products, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and participating in networking events to expand the client base and achieve company sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales strategies
- Experience with financial products and services is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
