The Global Recruitment Interns at One Acre Fund will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team.

You will report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator and you will also collaboratively work with others on the global team.

Responsibilities

  • You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
  • You will oversee candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates and enjoy winning in the details.
  • You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
  • Project/Process Improvements: You will create change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems utilizing data to achieve results.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient use of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Team, project, and vendor management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team
  • Understand complex concepts quickly and learn fast.
  • English required for this role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
