Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mombasa for a Debt Collector. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting debtors to recover outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections. Daily tasks include updating account information in the company’s database, preparing collection reports, and working closely with other team members to achieve collection goals.

• Debt Collection and Finance skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Experience in Cash Collection
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
