- Basic mechanical knowledge – able to change tires, check vehicle fluids, identify faults.
- Defensive driving certificate from AA Kenya, NTSA, or equivalent
- Fire Safety & First Aid certification
- Experience in driving manual 4×4 vehicles on rough terrain
- Basic computer knowledge skills, can operate email
