Receptionist

We’re Hiring

We’re growing our team at The Boma Hotels and are looking for a passionate, professional Receptionist at The Boma Hotels to join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

If you have hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and thrive in a dynamic front-office environment, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Computer literacy; experience with hotel management systems will be an added advantage

Assistant Reservations Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Process and manage room reservations accurately and efficiently through all booking channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries professionally.
  • Support revenue optimization through effective upselling and rate management.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a reputable hotel.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tours & Travel, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PMS (Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
