2026 Internship Program Application
The National Social Security Fund is a leading Social Security Provider in the Retirement Benefits Sector with a branch network across the country. The Fund intends to run the above-referred program to enable youths to gain practical experience/on the job training for a period of one (1) year. The National Social Security Fund invites applications from unemployed Kenyan youths for 1-year internship placements at our Head Office and branches countrywide, in line with the Government Youth Initiative to develop young talent for the Kenyan Labour Market. Eligibility requirements:
- Hold a first Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution and be in possession of your certificate
- Be an unemployed Kenyan youth aged between 20 and 34 years
- Have graduated within the last 4 years
- Not have undertaken any internship or work experience since graduation
- Be available for the full 1-year duration
Before you begin:
- Ensure your National ID or Passport copy, CV and Academic Certificate are saved as PDF files and zipped into one folder named: FullName_IDNumber.zip e.g. Jane_Odhiambo_31234567.zip
- Incomplete applications will not be considered during shortlisting
