Are you a proactive leader with a solid background in retail operations, financial oversight, and team management? We’re looking for a Team Leader to support our supermarket branch in driving efficiency, accountability, and excellent customer service.

Role Overview:

As the Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day floor operations, supervise staff, manage stock and reporting, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. You will be a key support to the Branch Operations, ensuring smooth running of the store while maintaining high standards of service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across departments (sales floor, till, stockroom).
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance and sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock management processes (receiving, replenishment, stock takes).
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliations, and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Enforce company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and timely.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager in budgeting, planning, and staff development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
    Finance knowledge and reporting skills – able to prepare and interpret sales reports, stock variance reports, and cash summaries.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in a fast-paced retail or supermarket environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; POS or ERP system experience is an
    added advantage.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Isle Attendant – Supermarket (FMCG)

Are you passionate about creating a great shopping experience and keeping products well-organized and easy to find? We are hiring an Isle Attendant to join our dynamic supermarket team!
This role is key to ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and that customers can easily access the products they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, orderly, and well-stocked supermarket shelves across assigned aisles.
  • Ensure correct product placement, labelling, and pricing in line with planograms and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor and replenish stock on shelves and display units from the backroom.
  • Report stock shortages, near-expiry products, or damages to the supervisor.
  • Assist in stock rotation (FIFO), stock counts, and receiving of deliveries.
  • Offer courteous assistance to customers on product location or features.
  • Keep aisles tidy and ensure products are attractively displayed at all times.
  • Support promotional and seasonal setups across the store.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an Isle Attendant or Merchandiser in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Good knowledge of retail merchandising principles and customer service.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, lift, and move stock as needed.
  • Keen attention to detail, well-organized, and self-driven.
  • A positive attitude, a team player, and able to work under minimal supervision.
