We’re Hiring
We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Telesales Agents at Gilani’s Distributors to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues over the phone.
Additionally, the Telesales Agents will conduct telesales activities to meet sales targets, balancing customer support with proactive sales efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of experience in telesales, in the FMCG industry is a MUST.
- Proven track record of achieving telesales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software
- A high school diploma or its equivalent. A Diploma in business administration,
marketing, or a related field will be a plus communication - Excellent communication interpersonal skills. and
- Strong negotiation and relationship- building skills.
