Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Commission Sales Agents based in Eldoret. The Commission Sales Agent will be responsible for selling financial products, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role includes conducting client outreach, offering product training, and presenting insurance options when relevant. Agents will undergo training to ensure proficiency in Platinum Credit Limited’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Ability to provide effective Training to clients and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage
• Relevant academic qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Finance
