Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator located in Nairobi at Gravity Solutions Limited. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for customer service, order processing, sales support, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Order Processing and Sales support skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in a sales or administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP or Accounting Software is advantageous
