The Regional Sales Manager at Mwananchi Credit Limited manages and drives sales operations across a designated region. Qualifications:
• The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager handling operations in a microfinance or financial service industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software (e.g., CRM systems).
