We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist at Zuri Health to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, quality assurance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a healthcare or telemedicine setting or relevant industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
As a Quality Control Specialist your role will entail:
- To develop a quality control operations manual and schedule of audit activities to guide the business.
- To collaborate with different stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
- To create and maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues.
- Research and introduce Quality Control Systems to improve business operations.
