We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist at Zuri Health to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, quality assurance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a healthcare or telemedicine setting or relevant industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

As a Quality Control Specialist your role will entail:

To develop a quality control operations manual and schedule of audit activities to guide the business.
To collaborate with different stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
To create and maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results.
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues.
Research and introduce Quality Control Systems to improve business operations.
