Loans/Collections Officer at Mwenyeji Investment
Loans/Collections Officer at Mwenyeji Investment will be responsible for:-
- Marketing to bring onboard new customers to grow the portfolio
- Onboarding of new customers into the system
- Customer follow up via calls, sms and visits in the designated geographical location
- Customer retention via proper follow up and collections
- Escalating and giving feedback on defaulted accounts
- Reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/diploma in any business related field
- Self driven with desire to deliver results
- Robust optimism
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good in numerical values
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Quick and keen learner
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
The internship last for one month after which the intern is given a contract for 6 months and confirmed thereafter s to a permanent position.
