Job Purpose:

To drive recruitment project success by actively sourcing candidates, converting client leads into committed clients, and following through on the entire process, including registrations, payments, and visa coordination. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong sales instincts and a hands-on approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage recruitment campaigns from scratch, including sourcing suitable candidates for various local and international projects.
  • Engage walk-in and online inquiries, converting them into paying or registering clients through persuasive communication and service knowledge.
  • Explain SOS services clearly, address objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and candidates, with consistent follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Track and follow up on client payments, registration fees, and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support visa processing, document collection, and deployment preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, registrations, payments, and deployment statuses.
  • Support mobilisation drives and recruitment events by assisting with setup, client orientation, and on-the-ground sourcing.
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting to the project and sales managers regarding campaign progress and client behaviour.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales or client acquisition role.
  • Experience in recruitment, job placement services, or outsourcing is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in follow-up, payment tracking, and working across departments to close processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.

Job Purpose:

To act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and candidates by offering a professional welcome and converting walk-in inquiries into successful client engagements. The ideal candidate will combine front desk excellence with proven sales ability to drive customer conversions and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all walk-in clients, visitors, and job seekers warmly and professionally.
  • Use persuasive communication to turn walk-in inquiries into paid registrations or confirmed bookings.
  • Explain SOS services clearly and confidently to prospective clients, highlighting value and addressing objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily visitors, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and follow up on leads from phone or in-person inquiries.
  • Support the recruitment team by guiding candidates through the application and onboarding process.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and branded to reflect SOS professionalism.
  • Handle appointment bookings, interview schedules, and internal meeting coordination.
  • Manage administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Monitor and replenish front office materials such as brochures, forms, and promotional flyers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-office role with a strong sales component.
  • Proven ability to convert walk-ins into clients or close service sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
