Luton Hospital is Hiring: Debt Collection Officer
Location: China Centre, Ngong Road
The Debt Collection Officer at Luton Hospital will be responsible for collection of payments from insurances and other hospital payers/debtors, maintaining accurate reconciliation and accounting records, providing accurate and timely collection reports and ensures the same is maintained in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a CPA II or a Diploma in Credit Management – Non-negotiable
- Is pursuing or holds a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
- Brings 5+ years of hospital debt collection experience – Level 4 and above
- Can juggle reconciliation reports like a pro

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintaining accounting records, providing accurate and timely accounting information and ensure the same is maintained in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization, and in accordance with the IFRS as well as other regulatory bodies.
We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven professional to lead our accounting systems and uphold financial integrity in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA Finalist or registered with ICPAK (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s in Business or in progress
- 7–10 years experience (5+ in a senior role)
- Previous work in a Level 4 hospital or external audit firm is a huge plus!
