Sales Supervisor at Kinangop Dairy Limited

Sales Management: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Team Leadership: Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Customer Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with hem and understanding their needs
Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
