Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high quality still and motion graphics for our different platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Understand project requirements and create visuals that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools and design techniques to keep our creative output fresh and modern.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Have at least a diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
- Have knowledge in photography, 3D compositing, communication design.
- Skills in video editing and web design tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
- Have excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to cope with several projects at a time.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as being part of a team.
- Have good presentation skills and the confidence to explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
Radio Broadcast Assistant

Job Description:
Family Media is looking for a creative and experienced Radio Broadcast Assistant who will be responsible for the station’s imaging and sound through unique jingles, intros, promos, music beds, sweepers as well as perform other technical tasks.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor audio signals to detect sound-quality deviations or malfunctions
- Provide live assist for shows, managing equipment, audio levels, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during live broadcasts.
- Record sound onto digital audio tape or hard disk recorders
- Create radio playlist, Upload radio shows and back up all required audio content in the station’s digital storage.
- Assessing the acoustics of the performance area, assemble and operate the necessary equipment.
- Consult with producers and presenters to determine the sound requirements
- Select, position, adjust and operate the equipment used for amplification and recording.
- Apply technical knowledge of sound recording equipment to achieve the determined artistic objectives.
- Maintain and repair sound equipment.
- Slot and ensure that advertisements run as per the space order
- Work on station imaging i.e., promos, teasers, jingles. Assist in editing voice overs, work on syndicated shows, making necessary adjustments for broadcast quality.
Qualifications and skills.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sound engineering, Broadcast Journalism, Media Production or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with sound automation systems and broadcasting technologies
- Strong knowledge of sound mixing, equalization, and mastering techniques.
- Knowledge of the Radio market, different station and programme styles, and audience demographics.
- Experience with studio and live sound equipment, for both TV and radio
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address technical issues under strict timelines
- Have a good sense of pitch, rhythm, and be able to distinguish sound quality
- Ability to read and voice scripts will be an added advantage.

Job description
Family Media is looking for a mature and diligent Personal Assistant whose responsibility will be to offer administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to ensure smooth running of the COO’s office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare communication documents, such as letters, presentations and reports;
- Write proposals for review and approval;
- Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, ensuring they are handled efficiently and appropriately;
- Monitor the manager’s email, prioritizing and responding to messages as necessary;
- Manage the manager’s schedule by organizing diaries, setting appointments and maintaining calendars;
- Organize meetings and ensure that the manager is well-prepared with necessary documents and information;
- Act as a liaison between the Management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication;
- Plan and coordinate company events and external functions;
- Take comprehensive notes and prepare precise, well-structured minutes for meetings;
- Carry out additional duties or tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration/ Office Management/ Public Relations/ International Relations or any other relevant degree from a reputable learning institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in a similar role.
- Hands on Knowledge of Office 365 and project management softwares.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate maturity and professionalism.
- Capable of managing high pressure situations effectively and maintaining a positive and resilient attitude.
