Kinangop Dairy Limited is one of the leading dairy processors in Kenya. Our quality dairy products are available country wide. We are situated in Nyandarua County 44 minutes from Naivasha town. Our Sales and Marketing department is seeking a highly skilled professional who can join our team in the role of Entry Level Sales Assistant at Kinangop Dairy Limited
The position is primarily responsible to ensure Sales and Marketing requirements and needs of the company are met.
MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –
- Verify and sign for all loaded products, ensuring accountability for both outbound and return items.
- Guide the driver according to the assigned route and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
- Prepare and manage all required delivery documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery notes, returns).
- Accurately record and reconcile all crates, cans, and product movements with customers and the factory.
- Report any incidents promptly and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
- Safeguard company property, maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and ensure proper arrangement of goods.
- Adhere to company policies, KPIs, reporting times, and perform any additional assigned duties.
- Any other role that may be assigned to you time to time by the company
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must hold a KCSE Certificate or Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies.
- Highly developed communication, selling, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Ability work with fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity and empathy
- Customer service skills and ability to handle/solve problems.
- Must have minimum 1-year work experience in a dairy industry in sales.
N/B The position is an Entry level.
