You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaigns to evaluate brand visibility and maximize business opportunities.
- Take ownership of launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire process and the respect of deadline.
- Analyze brand performance, monitor key metrics (sales, market share, customer insights), and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Develop and oversee the execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and salon activations.
- Own A&P budget management for digital and animation strategy.
- Analyze brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and drive the profitability of the brand (Topline & Bottomline).
- Manage brand budgets effectively, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Influence the B-to-B strategy working together with the retail and education team, lead the roll-out of retail material.
- Translate the brand’s sense of purpose into a retail strategy for the country.
- Pricing and positioning – Participate in creating of the pricing operation strategy.
- Embed the right execution strategies to achieve excellent execution of the category plans.
- Manage and enhance performance of online players by driving promotions and developing strategies to convert visits to the platforms.
- Competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand Marketing.
- Commercial acumen and proven experience in brand management, ideally within the beauty industry or a related consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the professional salon channel and customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for:
- Implement effective Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ATL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative teams to deliver impactful advertising and communication materials.
BTL Marketing
- Design and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, direct marketing, sponsorships, and events.
- Evaluate BTL campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results and drive commercial success.
Trade Execution & Merchandising
- Oversee the implementation of planograms and ensure compliance across all retail locations to maintain consistent brand representation.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain brand standards and maximize product visibility in stores.
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal shelf space, extra displays and product placement.
Sales Forecasting & Pricing Strategy
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts that inform inventory management, and marketing strategies.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, considering market conditions, consumer demand, and cost structures.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support business objectives.
- Work with finance teams to monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue and profit targets.
Data Analytics
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, deriving insights to inform future strategies.
- Analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, offering data-driven insights that guide decision-making.
Consumer Activation
- Lead consumer activation initiatives that drive engagement, brand loyalty, and sales growth.
- Develop and execute consumer-centric campaigns and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
Communication & Presentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on brand objectives and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to showcase brand performance and future plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and any related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of delivering topline and marketing KPIs (driving share and penetration).
- Experience in managing agencies.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Creative approach.
- Strong communication, organizational and project leading skills.
- Experience in P&L Management.
