Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Online Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Kiswahili, skilled in professional communication, and familiar with construction materials (or willing to learn fast).

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM.
Prepare and send quotations promptly to clients.
Follow up with potential clients and manage cold leads professionally.
Assign warm leads to the branch sales team for physical handling.
Track customer communication daily and report end-of-day performance.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and quick response times.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Kiswahili (spoken and written).
Strong customer service and online communication skills.
Ability to multitask across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Instagram).
Knowledge of construction materials is an advantage (training will be provided).
Proficiency with WhatsApp Business tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Salary: Basic salary + performance bonus based on KPIs.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Full Time)
