What you will do:
- Contact customers to negotiate and establish mutual beneficial repayment schedules and terms.
- Process and organize debt collection correspondence and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts including communication history and payment status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth debt recovery and to minimize future delinquencies.
- Address and resolve debtor inquiries, complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the debt collection process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve and exceed set debt recovery targets and performance metrics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management

What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant Call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide a successful organization of work tasks
- Comply with all ethical standards and norms
- Accurately maintain the confidential information of the company and its customers
- Timely execution and completion of tasks determined in this JD.
MAIN TASKS
- Organizing for reinstallations of faulty trackers by calling clients directly.
- Monitoring of assets through GPS Tracking system and report any suspicious alerts to the supervisor for action
- Submitting daily reinstallations reports to the supervisor.
- Assist in updating GPS details in ERP system.
- Assist in confirmation of tracking details and feeding them in tracking system.
- Preparing of any tracking reports as requested by the supervisor
- Any other duty that may be assigned
WHAT YOU NEED
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
