Interior Designer at Interior Perspective Studio
We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer at Interior Perspective Studio to lead and manage both the administrative and creative aspects of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to develop detailed design drawings, plan project timelines, and work seamlessly with quantity surveyors, architects, and service contractors to deliver outstanding client spaces.
Key responsibilities include concept development, producing comprehensive working drawings and design documentation. The role also requires experience in preparing FF&E schedules, coordinating fabrication, overseeing quality control, and ensuring flawless on-site installations.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical working drawings in a timely fashion.
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client’s objectives and desires
- Effective deign communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client’s needs
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Oversee and conduct project presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact with vendors and service contractors.
- Efficiently manage projects, coordinating the entire team to deliver quality results.
- Maintain thorough documentation of meetings and project communications.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project.
- Mentor interns and new project staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote services to potential clients
- Prepare 3D renderings is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related field Proficient in ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign or Canva.
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Expertise in selecting, detailing, and specifying fixtures and hardware.
- Proven ability to research and select appropriate finishes.
- High level and experience of material knowledge.
- Experience in managing and monitoring on-site installations.
- Understanding of electrical and structured cabling systems for effective design coordination.
- Knowledge of architectural and structural elements such as beams, columns, and loadbearing walls.
- Familiarity with product costs and availability.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage interior projects.
- Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
