Cysuites attachment programme at Cytonn Investments is a planned and structured programme that provides work experience for a specific period of time.It is a practible programme that exposes the candidates to fulfilling and challenging career options with an emphasis to leadership and problem solving .
The program allows young people to consolidate and transalate the skills learned from their training into meaning ,relevant and practical on the job experience.
The opportunities are open within the various Support Services departments of the hotel in the following disciplines:
- Kitchen,
- Restraunt
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Front office.
This position targets certificates ,diplomas and bachelors degree students who are undertaking industrial attachments for a period not exceeding 3 months
The position is non-renumerative aimed at providing practible experience to students.However,the company shall provide meals to members of staff who are on duty on specific meal times
Responsibilities
- To support the day to day activities of the departments
- To perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Must have achieved at least a D+ for non-administrative roles
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Be committed to succeeding in a team contest
- Must have a supporting document/letter from the school
