Relationship Officer – Rongai

Job Responsibilities

1. Source prospective customer leads (referrals, cross- selling, marketing activations, and sales leads).
2. Explain product features clearly to customers and treat them according to company guidelines.
3. Guide customers on how to fill application forms for various products.
4. Verify customer documents (National ID/Passport, KRA PIN, etc.).
5. Forward completed applications to the relevant authority (Agency Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Relationship Officer).
6. Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

1. Requirements
2. KCSE Certificate
3. A business-related course from a recognized institution
4. At least 1-3 years’ experience in a related role (financial industry preferred)

1. Strong ICT skills (MS Office & internet proficiency)
2. Ability to interact with different levels of management and diverse stakeholders
3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Planning and organizational skills
6. Problem-solving skills
