Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly and courteously
- Provide tailored guidance to customers on utilizing our products/services effectively, aligning with their unique requirements and preferences
- Serve as a reliable product expert, delivering accurate and strategic information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
