The ideal candidate for the Branch Supervisor at MYDAWA Adams Arcade Branch will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving the branch’s overall performance. As the Superintendent of the branch, the supervisor is fully accountable for key business metrics, including sales, service levels, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the Superintending Pharmacist for the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.

  • Monitoring and driving performance across sales, service, and operations KPIs.
  • Leading and mentoring the branch team to consistently deliver high standards of service and care.
  • Overseeing inventory management, ensuring availability of products, and managing shrinkage.
  • Maintaining a customer-obsessed culture that always prioritizes exceptional service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Valid professional license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Pharmaceutical Technologist in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to digital tools and systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail pharmacy or customer-facing environment.
  • A proven track record of driving performance metrics (KPI achievement, sales, customer satisfaction).
  • Customer service training or certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams to achieve goals.
