Key responsibilities:
- Carry out Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.
- Design and develop engaging, customized training programs ensuring their alignment with business objectives. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training programs support organizational goals and meet evolving business needs.
- Organize and coordinate learning events ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.

- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and present them to the Learning and Development Manager.

Qualifications required:
- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Qualifications as an added advantage: Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
- Professional registration: Member of IHRM
Experience required:

Design Engineer

Key Performance Areas:
Production of design, drawings and BOQs
- Timely production of preliminary and final designs as assigned as per the standards set and customer requirements.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages & software as assigned by MRM for designing projects.
- Produce designs, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and other relevant documents necessary for the acquisition of new & additional business.
- Achieve set sales number of designs through Roofing & Related Design Proposals.
Customer management of technical issues.
- Assist the sales, marketing and site teams in liaising effectively with architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients on related technical clarifications requested.
- Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues.
- Manage customer’s technical requirements at design, supply or project implementation & post-supply phases.

Other Responsibilities:-
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations;
- Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
- Establish an up-to-date project tracking process for building projects within the jurisdiction.
- Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals;
- Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;
- Managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.
- Participate in the preparation of project business-related tenders, offers, information documents, contracts, etc.
- Close projects, prepare final calculations and handle matters arising from guarantees, warranties and liabilities.
- Prepare project budget and schedule for in-house projects
- Train in-house teams, external installers and other relevant stakeholders on the company’s products and services and best practices in roofing matters.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements :
- Bsc/B Eng. Civil and Structural Engineering
- 1-3 year experience

- Proficient in CAD i.e. AutoCAD/Archicad

- Ensure accurate execution of sales orders as captured in the SAP system according to customer or Sales Manager instructions.
- Ensuring prompt issuance of pre-shipment documentation as per SLA.
- Coordinating with the production planning team to ensure timely readiness and delivery of orders.
- Coordinating loading of provided trucks with transporters for ready-finished goods.
- Documentation & SAP compliance in Generating Delivery Notes, Gate Passes, Loading Slips, and Invoices as per the STOs quantity / requested requirement from customers in SAP.

Management of Stocks in Sales Storage Location
- To keep tabs on Material & Stocks received from Production to Sales Location
- To carry out Monthly physical Stock Count.
- To enter count in the system & generate a Sales Storage Location inventory document in SAP for further approval & adjustments.
Customer Relation
- To keep customers updated on the truck dispatch.
- To provide/submit required documents to customer for receipt.
- To liaise with customers for documentation support / timely clearance of documents for trucks from the point of Loading.
File management
- Establish & maintain an effective filing system for easy reference at all times
- Maintain a chronological numbering of Local Sales Invoices/STOs and be able to keep records of all for purposes of determining
- All related files from process start to end process should be kept and secured at an appropriate location
Systems and Procedures
- To ensure full compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, Contractors policy, ISO process flow
- To ensure compliance with all internal policies in place, at all times and ensure the same practice from subordinates
- To liaise and establish links with external bodies to research best practices and deliver continuous improvement
- To implement, manage and monitor performance management information with a view to ensuring that continuous improvement is achieved within the section.
Management Reporting
- Preparation and submission of Monthly Reports / as required to Seniors, for;
- Open / Close STOs, Delivery Notes / Invoicing, Stocks, SAP compliance management
- Monthly, Weekly, as required Truck movement/dispatch report
Training & Development
- Ensure all the subordinates are trained in environmental, Health & Safety practices.
- Ensure all the subordinates and user departments are aware of the SOP’s in the Supply Chain Dept
- Ensure proper workload allocation, target setting and monitoring of the performance of subordinate staff
- Continuously search, share and Keep updated information on the best efficient loading practice
Qualifications required:
- Minimum academic qualification: A Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Certificates in Logistics/ Transportation/ Supplies Management will be an added advantage
- Membership of KISM, CILT or CIPS is required.
