Our client runs multiple businesses and is looking for a superstar graphic designer who will come up with creative designs for all their existing and new products and services. They prefer a designer who is good at content writing and will be tasked with the blog writing for the various websites.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the management in a structured environment that will enable them to contribute most effectively to achieve the companies’ objectives.

Duties for the Graphic Designer

  • Design clear engaging communications for print and web.
  • This will include website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Develop content for all products and services including social media content.
  • Perform photo touch up, cropping, and resizing.
  • Videography
  • Responsible for quality control checks on new and existing documents and graphic designs
  • Research on relevant trends when it comes to content writing for the Blogs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Basic understanding of and interest in learning more about the principals of web design.
  • Basic understanding of and interest in learning more about the processes of print production.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and must have excellent time management skills. Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to define and work to deadlines.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
  • Excellent team member, able to take direction well and contribute positively to overall work environment and performance.

SEO Specialist

The job holder will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. He/She must be a problem solver and decision maker, with the ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
  • Amplify opportunistic key words based on current industry trends
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align SEO goals
  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Pay Per Click knowledge – keyword planner and strong negative keyword strategies
  • Help analyze, manage, and alter project schedules to optimize audience reach with PPC

Job specifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related field
  • 3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Professional Certification in Marketing from a recognized Institution
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in driving growth in sales driven organizations.
