Role Description

Prepare audited financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant standards.
Lead and execute audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Perform substantive and analytical audit procedures on financial transactions and balances.
Coordinate and supervise fieldwork, guide junior staff, and ensure audit objectives are met.
Conduct risk assessments and identify control weaknesses, providing practical recommendations.
Prepare and maintain working papers and documentation in accordance with audit methodology.
Communicate effectively with clients to collect supporting documents and resolve queries.
Assist in the preparation of management letters and audit reports.
Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and apply them appropriately in assignments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and professional audit engagements.
Demonstrate leadership in client service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Continuously seek ways to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
