JOb Responsibilities
- Provides support to the members during their availment, responds to concerns and inquiries either through phone or email communication
- Screens and assesses coverage or non-coverage availments for quick response or resolution of cases
- Documents all captured transactions in the call management suite
- Creation of timely and accurate LOA based on members requirements
Educational Attainment
- College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Business Management or any Medical Allied course
Experience And Training
- 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service
- HMO, Insurance or BPO experience is an advantage
Skills Requirement
- Good communication both oral and written
- Customer-service skills
