Assistant Customer Service Manager

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in microfinance or lending is a plus
Regional Sales Manager (Coastal Region)
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of microfinance regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making
- Financial, analytical, and customer-focused
- Adaptable and team-oriented
- Financial/Microfinance experience is a must
Product Champion – LPO Financing
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in banking/financial services with at least 2 years in product management, trade finance, or SME lending.
- Proven track record of managing or supporting lending of trade finance products
- Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly to incidents
- Prior microfinance experience required
Internal Audit Officer

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification (mandatory)
- 2+ years’ audit experience in financial services (external/internal)

- Experience auditing IT, credit processes, digital products & compliance
- Strong data analytics, business acumen & communication skills
- Prior microfinance experience required
