Customer Care Agent

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Enter customer information into MOGO IT system
- Organize outbound calls and customer’s emails. Generating new sales using potential and existing customer networks.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Process customers documents, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources

- Develop and test new product ideas and lead the implementation

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Send reminders on debt payment deadlines to customers using phone, email, and letters.
- Process and maintain debt collection correspondences and other documents.
- Follow the execution of contractual liabilities of customers, provide observation of customer payment deadlines and ensuring the debt is collected on time.
- Process and maintain precise data on customers anytime, so that other employees can access actual information on debtors, debt remnants and status.

Field Collection Officers -Offline
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Visiting clients with overdue cases, persuading them to make payments and ensure payment compliance.
- Training boda boda field recovery new hirers in the region assigned.
- Repossession of boda bodas from clients who have failed to comply with the contractual payment schedule and where telephone follow up and demand letters deemed in effective.
- Handle debt recovery and boda boda repossession in a professional manner.
- Work closely with police officers and different government agencies on matters regarding Mogo financed cars to ensure safe custody of our asset.
- Be well informed and up to date on new measures and laws regarding boda bodas and their impact on our daily operations.
- Preparation of detailed investigation reports on missing boda bodas and give recommendations to internal credit analysts on risk analysis and approvals.
- Compile reports about incidents and give recommendations.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in field collection will be an added advantage.
