Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your expertise in content creation, social media management, and data-driven marketing will be critical in driving lead generation, improving customer engagement, and building Dawit Insurance’s online reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage and optimize the sales funnel, increasing lead conversion rates.
2. Social Media Management
- Grow social media following across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by maintaining high engagement
- Plan and execute a content calendar across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
3. Content Creation
- Create high-quality graphics, videos, and blog posts to drive website traffic.
- Generate SEO-optimized blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
4. Campaign Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Set and track KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key metrics.
5. Collaboration and Alignment
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
6. Brand and Reputation Management
- Manage Dawit’s LinkedIn profile to showcase company achievements, publish thought leadership content, and grow the organisation’s followers.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience and Expertise
- Proven track record in executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns with measurable results in lead generation and engagement growth.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools to manage and optimize campaigns.
2. Creative and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for content creation and basic video editing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make actionable recommendations.
3. Content Strategy
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored to specific audiences and business objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for organic growth.
4. Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
