Clerical Officer / Driver
Qualifications:
- KCSE certificate or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Clerical Officer..
- A valid driving license with a D1 or D2 category, or a PSV license.
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist With organizing and maintaining records related to logistics, such as inventory management, transport scheduling, and documentation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and ensuring packages reach their intended recipients efficiently.
- Support office administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Transport staff or goods to designated locations promptly and safely.
- Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle during trips.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Perform other assigned duties that may include running errands or courier tasks.
Admin Officer
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Leadership or team management experience, along with volunteer work in environmental or public
sector, is highly desirable. - Diligence, attention to detail, accuracy, and professional due care.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working in the Forestry or Agriculture sector is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- The Admin officer will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth and
efficient working environment for the broader team. - Manage the organizations calendar as well as schedules and activities for the team.
- Support the preparation and management of budget proposals and financial documentation.
- Provide support for executive team in administrative functions.
- Cross functional communication with the broader team.
