- Be registered by Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) as a Trainer;
- Have knowledge of KNEC examination procedures;
- Have undergone training by TVET Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council (TVET CDACC);
- Have working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
